Bilingual Health Education Series
Client: Pfizer
Product/Cause: Health concerns for Hispanic/Latinos in the United States
Description: In order to help physicians effectively communicate with and treat their Spanish-speaking patients, Pfizer wanted to create a series on common health concerns of this community. Targeting both patients and the doctors, pieces discussed potential communication roadblocks, common relevant idioms, and conversation starters.
When working in the health education space, there are limitations on the models and talents that can be used to represent the issue being addressed. To circumnavigate this restriction, we hired a paper sculpture artist, who created a community of stunning yet realistic figures to bring to life the humanity and reality of these all-too-common conditions.
