CRM Loyalty Program and Rebranding

The Brief

Our client wanted to elevate their existing CRM program, Brilliant Distinctions, to compete with chic, high end aesthetic heavyweights such as La Mer and SK-II. While the portfolio includes some of the biggest brands that were first to market (Botox, Juvederm, and Latisse), consumers no longer viewed the products with the same initial reverence.

What We Did

An entire refresh was called for, a full facelift to craft a fresh, modern look and imbue a polished, chic tone. Elegant, empowering, sophisticated, smart: the new Brilliant Distinctions embodies a woman many aspire to be.
